You earn $450 per month for the first 12 months ($5,400 year one), then $225 per month for months 13 to 24 ($2,700 year two). Total earned on a single warm intro: $8,100 over two years. No. We don't do accounting, tax, audit, FP&A, or controller services. Contractually prohibited. We have nothing in common with what a fractional CFO firm sells. The work we do (HR services, AI rollout, compliance) sits next to your work, not on top of it.
When your referred client signs a Konnect agreement and starts paying us monthly, you start earning a residual on their MRR. 10% for months 1-12, 5% for months 13-24. Paid via direct deposit on the 15th of each month for the prior month's revenue. Form 1099 issued in January. If the client churns, the residual stops. If they upgrade their tier, your residual goes up with their MRR.
The residual ends but the relationship doesn't. Long-term partners often build into a deeper arrangement: co-marketing, joint webinars, named partner status on hrkonnect.com. We also weigh past partnership when deciding which CFO firm to refer our HR clients to when they need finance help.
Yes. The Partner Agreement is non-exclusive on both sides. You can refer clients to other HR services firms, we can accept referrals from other CFO firms. We just both prefer each other when there's a fit.
If they're already in our active pipeline (we've had a sales conversation), the deal is locked to the original source. If they're someone we've never spoken to or only had cold outreach with, your referral establishes you as the source. When in doubt, send the form and we'll check immediately.
