  • We're system-agnostic. Your client uses QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, Sage, Bill.com, Ramp, whatever. We don't touch the GL or the AP/AR. We work the people side and report cleanly back.
  • You earn ongoing residual. 10% of Konnect MRR for the first 12 months, 5% for the next 12 months, paid monthly. If the client stays 24 months you've earned a meaningful number on a single warm intro.
  • We refer financial work back to you. When our HR clients need a fractional CFO, accounting cleanup, or audit prep, the referring CFO firm goes to the top of our list.

    Status updates at 30, 60, 90 days

    You always know where the deal stands. As soon as they sign, residual payments begin in the next monthly cycle.

    Monthly residual for 24 months

    10% of Konnect MRR for the first 12 months. 5% for the next 12 months. Paid monthly via direct deposit. Reported on Form 1099. Zero invoicing on your end.

You earn $450 per month for the first 12 months ($5,400 year one), then $225 per month for months 13 to 24 ($2,700 year two). Total earned on a single warm intro: $8,100 over two years. CFO FAQ

The questions every fractional CFO asks first.

Will Konnect ever try to take my finance work?

No. We don't do accounting, tax, audit, FP&A, or controller services. Contractually prohibited. We have nothing in common with what a fractional CFO firm sells. The work we do (HR services, AI rollout, compliance) sits next to your work, not on top of it.

How does the residual actually work?

When your referred client signs a Konnect agreement and starts paying us monthly, you start earning a residual on their MRR. 10% for months 1-12, 5% for months 13-24. Paid via direct deposit on the 15th of each month for the prior month's revenue. Form 1099 issued in January. If the client churns, the residual stops. If they upgrade their tier, your residual goes up with their MRR.

What happens after 24 months?

The residual ends but the relationship doesn't. Long-term partners often build into a deeper arrangement: co-marketing, joint webinars, named partner status on hrkonnect.com. We also weigh past partnership when deciding which CFO firm to refer our HR clients to when they need finance help.

Can I be a Konnect partner without committing to anything exclusive?

Yes. The Partner Agreement is non-exclusive on both sides. You can refer clients to other HR services firms, we can accept referrals from other CFO firms. We just both prefer each other when there's a fit.

What if my client is already in conversation with Konnect?

If they're already in our active pipeline (we've had a sales conversation), the deal is locked to the original source. If they're someone we've never spoken to or only had cold outreach with, your referral establishes you as the source. When in doubt, send the form and we'll check immediately.

Can I co-brand the audit or have a one-pager I can send to clients?

Yes. The Partner Kit (downloadable PDF) is co-brandable. Drop your firm's logo on the cover and forward it. We can also build you a fully co-branded version with your firm's design treatment, ask Jamie when you sign the Partner Agreement.

Who handles CFO partner deals?

Right now Jamie (CEO) personally handles every fractional CFO partner relationship. As the program grows, that handoff goes to a dedicated channel manager. Either way, you have a real human as your point of contact.
