Example: a referred client signs Konnect HR Services Advanced at $4,500 per month. You earn $450 per month for as long as they remain active, up to 36 months. If they're still active at month 36, that's $16,200 earned on a single warm intro. If they upgrade to Elite ($7,500 per month) at month 12, your residual becomes $750 per month for the remaining 24 months. Specific terms detailed in your Channel Partner Agreement.

No. We're system-agnostic, which means we work with what the client has. If a client asks us "should we switch platforms?" we tell them to ask their existing platform partner first. We don't have a horse in that race.
