    We coordinate with you on timing

    If you're mid-deal, we wait until your contract is signed before reaching out. If they're already a customer of yours and struggling with adoption, we move fast. You set the pace.

    Status updates at 30, 60, 90 days

    You always know where the deal stands. Once they sign, residual payments start in the next monthly cycle.

    Monthly residual + optional SPIFFs

    10% of Konnect MRR for life of client (capped at 36 months). Paid monthly via direct deposit. SPIFF windows available during your company's quota crunch periods, with accelerated payouts on closed deals.

Konnect's HCM and payroll channel partner reward is a recurring monthly residual paid for the life of the client (capped at 36 months), plus optional quarterly SPIFFs that align with your company's quota cycles.

Example: a referred client signs Konnect HR Services Advanced at $4,500 per month. You earn $450 per month for as long as they remain active, up to 36 months. If they're still active at month 36, that's $16,200 earned on a single warm intro. If they upgrade to Elite ($7,500 per month) at month 12, your residual becomes $750 per month for the remaining 24 months. Specific terms detailed in your Channel Partner Agreement.

The questions HCM and payroll reps ask first.

Do you compete with my platform?

No. We don't sell HCM, payroll software, time and attendance, benefits administration platforms, ATS, LMS technology, or any other HR software. We're a services firm. We work inside whatever platform the client uses. Your platform stays. We get added on top.

Will you ever try to migrate my client to a different platform?

No. We're system-agnostic, which means we work with what the client has. If a client asks us "should we switch platforms?" we tell them to ask their existing platform partner first. We don't have a horse in that race.

How does Konnect actually drive adoption inside my platform?

Our HR team logs into your platform daily as part of running the client's HR function. We configure workflows, build out org structures, run reports, drive employee self-service, push manager utilization, train new users. The kind of work that turns a successful sale into a healthy long-term account.

When do residual payments start?

As soon as your referred client signs a Konnect agreement and starts paying us monthly, your residual begins on the next monthly cycle. We pay on the 15th of each month for the prior month's revenue. No invoicing on your end.

What if my client is in active sales conversations with my company?

Tell us. We can hold the Konnect outreach until your platform deal closes so you don't have to manage two simultaneous sales motions at the same client. Common scenario, easy to coordinate. Use the "Wait until my deal closes" option in the form.

Can my company sign a master partnership agreement with Konnect?

Yes. Individual reps can refer through this page, but if your company wants to formalize it as a corporate channel partnership (with co-marketing, joint webinars, co-branded materials, dedicated channel manager), email Jamie at partners@hrkonnect.com and we'll draft a master agreement.

What's a SPIFF window and how does it work?

A SPIFF window is a defined period (typically 30 to 90 days) during which closed deals get accelerated or augmented payouts. Useful when your company is pushing year-end quota or running a sales contest. We coordinate with channel sales leadership at HCM/payroll companies to align Konnect SPIFFs with their internal incentive cycles. Talk to us before your next quota crunch.

What if my client doesn't have a payroll system at all?

Then they're a perfect fit for both of us. We can run their HR while they implement your platform. The Konnect Audit is a great discovery tool for that conversation: it surfaces all the HR gaps that map to features in your platform, giving you specific value props during your sales process.
